Know his time...to touch his time..at the right time

3.00 – 6.00 hrs. Get up for meditation:-

The Abbot-Phra Acharn Chan will get up for meditation to extend loving kindness to all and walking meditation until dawn.

6.30 – 7.30 hrs. On his alms round at the village :-

Time to go on his alms round at the village if his health is in normal condition. (Since he had an accident at the time of building the pavilion. He stepped on a plank and fell down from the first floor to the ground in standing position, causing a severe bump to his backbone and hips). So, if he has such a severe backache that he can’t go on his alms round. He will sit at the small octagonal pavilion (in front of tigers’ cage), to take care of all animals.

8.00 – 11.00 hrs. Have his single meal & welcome all visitors :

He will go to the main pavilion to have his single meal of the day and have a talk with his followers, welcome all visitors or groups of people coming for merit making and Dharma talk.

11.30 – 12.30 hrs. Resting time at his chamber

13.00 – 17.00 hrs. His time for tigers:

He will take all tigers for an exercise at the tiger canyon, looking after them while taking photos with those who participate in the new home for tigers project.

17.00 – 17.45 hrs. Give food to wild animals :

He will take tigers back to the cages, and give food to plenty of wild animals coming down from the mountain. Then, he will have a shower at his chamber.

17.45 – 18.45 hrs. Time for the foundation, staff & radio station:

He will go out to the foundation office (in front of the monastery) to check the foundation’s works, lecture staff, and oversee the foundation’s radio station (FM 93.25 MHz)

18.45 – 21.00 hrs. Teach meditation :

He will go to the main pavilion to teach meditation for monks and laymen, with English language provided if there is any foreigner or volunteer interested in Dharma practice.

21.00 – 24.00 hrs. His personal meditation: He will come back to his chamber for personal meditation.

00..00 – 03.00 hrs His private rest (his sleeping time)
